Meet Shaunda
Shaunda Brown is an entrepreneur and proprietor of Bradley Myles Realty Inc. with over 25 years of experience in the industry. As a Real Estate Broker, Property Manager, and Rehabilitation Specialist, she has developed a wealth of knowledge and passion for Real Estate. This has led her to expand and become an approved Certified Negotiator, Distressed Property Expert, BPO Specialist, Certified Property Manager, and Decorating/Staging Guru.
She was born and raised in Chicago’s Chatham Southside community. As a graduate of Northern Illinois University and DePaul University, she studied Communications and Telecommunications. Admiring architecturally designed commercial/residential buildings, seasonal weather, and dining at its finest restaurants make Illinois a great place to call home.
When she’s not pursuing career endeavors, her devotion is decorating, reading, the spirit of giving, and spending quality time with family.
